On behalf of the Faculty of Leadership and Management (FKP), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), it is my utmost pleasure to welcome all participants to the FKP International Summer Camp 2026 (International Students Exchange). Grounded in the theme, "Future-Ready Leaders: Bridging Cultures, Building Impact," this initiative is designed to nurture agile global leaders. Through a blend of two weeks of collaborative online learning in collaboration with the Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (UNTIRTA), followed by two weeks of immersive on-site learning at USIM, participants will engage in dynamic in class activity sessions, field trips, and meaningful networking opportunities. Our core objectives focus on exploring environmental, cultural, and educational sustainability, engaging in hands-on experiential learning, and driving innovative solutions for real-world sustainability challenges. By encouraging intercultural collaboration and strategic thinking, this program serves as a platform for cross-border teamwork and creative problem-solving. We hope this program inspires you to push boundaries, build lasting international connections, and create a lasting positive impact in your communities.	2

A very special welcome goes out to our exchange participant students; both the delegation of inbound students from Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (UNTIRTA) joining us at FKP USIM, as well as our FKP USIM exchange students embarking on their journey to UNTIRTA Indonesia. It is my great pleasure to welcome all participants to the FKP International Summer Camp 2026 (International Students Exchange). Guided by the theme, "Future-Ready Leaders: Bridging Cultures, Building Impact," this initiative is designed to offer a dynamic blend of academic learning, industry visits, leadership development, and interdisciplinary exploration across borderless learning environments. Participants will engage in diverse sharing sessions covering impactful topics such as digital media, social change, problem-solving activities, animation creative work, leadership, and the integration of Naqli and Aqli knowledge. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation and gratitude to the organizing committee, partnering institutions, course facilitators, and student representatives, including PWZ USIM for the remarkable support. Their dedication and seamless collaboration have been instrumental in bringing this international program to fruition. First and foremost, I would like to wish all FKP students who will be participating in the student exchange programme at Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa all the very best. I hope you will make the most of this opportunity, gain new experiences, learn new knowledge, and most importantly, build meaningful friendships and connections. At the same time, to all our friends from Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, ahlan wa sahlan wa marhaban bikum to USIM and the Faculty of Leadership and Management. We are truly happy and honoured to welcome all of you here. I hope that through this exchange programme, all of you will have the opportunity to experience the culture, traditions, education, and way of life of both Malaysia and Indonesia.
