Now, with e-Taib, we answer queries instantly through the app, especially during critical days when many questions arise on rituals like tawaf or ihram. This reduces confusion and ensures they perform rituals correctly." Q: What are the main challenges you face operating e-Taib? A: " Internet connectivity can be unstable sometimes. Also, some pilgrims are not familiar with the app initially, so we rely on digital literacy training before departure." 2. Interview with Tabung Haji Operational Manager Q: How does AI like e-Taib fit within the broader Hajj management strategy? A: "e-Taib complements physical guidance and operational logistics. It allows us to scale religious support digitally while working alongside AI-based crowd control systems and health monitoring to ensure safety and welfare."
