8 Dr Zalika Binti Adam, lecturer in Arabic at the Faculty of Primary Language Studies, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia since 2017 until now. Specialization in Applied Linguistics (Language for Specific Purposes-Tourism), Arabic as a second language. Lecturer at the Center for Languanges, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2002-2017. Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Yarmouk University, Jordan (2000), master’s degree in teaching Arabic as a Second Language (2005) and PhD in Arabic Studies (2013) from International Islamic University Malaysia. The study revolved around Arabic PnP, Halal tourism, Arabic language teacher training and Module Construction. Involved in the Malaysian Examinations Council’s panel of examiners, producing several creative writings such as rhymes, rhymes and anecdotes apart from academic writing. Involved as an Artistic Evaluator such as Dewan Journal, al-Qanatir, KUIS Module Evaluator, Open Universiti Malaysia and Textbook Reviewer of Arabic Language and Religion of JAIM Arabic Primary School. He served as the Head of the Arabic Language and Communication Program, Faculty of Primary Language Studies, USIM (2019-2020), Principal of Sutera Indah Residential College (2021-2022). Fellow of Sutera Indah Residential College (2018-2020), Principal of Mahallah Asia, IIUM (2015-2017). Exco, USIM Academic Association (PKAUSIM) (2022-2023), Committee Member of Wardah Club (2023-2025), Committee Member (USIM Writers Pool (UWP) (2019-2025), Coordinator of the Master of Arabic and Communication Program, Faculty of Major Language Studies (2025-2026). Email: zalika@usim.edu.my Cikgu Mohd Yatim Dolir , 17 years as a Guru Besar. He has served as a teacher, and an officer in the Ministry of Education Malaysia. After retirement, worked with a publishing company, Ana Muslim Sdn Bhd for 7 years, as Managing Editor. Directly involved in the planning and publication process of 7 magazines and 10 books every month. Apart from that, he is also involved as a columnist in several magazines published such as Selamat Pagi Cikgu, Alahai Cikgu, Orang Kata..., Dunia Luqman, Pengembaraan Sinoki, Allah Maha Besar, Human Body. Also, as an Editor for the children’s magazines High Five and Highlight (Malaysian Edition). Involved in the field of writing since 1983. He has produced 18 science academic books (including five series of KBSR and KSSR Science Textbooks for Primary School (2004-2009), 5 children’s books and comics, as well as 71 creative anthologies of various genres (94 works) with several publishing houses. Other writing materials such as articles, papers and scripts are published in magazines (monthly), newsletters and presented in several conferences. He attended a children’s book writing workshop under the guidance of the late Yusof Gajah in 2012. To date, he has been involved in the editing of 11 books (with AID Academy) and 8 books for individual writers and publishers. Has received several awards such as Prolific Writer 2020 and 2021, Veteran Writer 2021 and 23, Fastest Work Submission Award 2023, and Editing Services. Together with USIM Writers’ Pool, the recipients of the 2025 Edited Books, and the 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Active Commetee Member. Apart fromwriting, he is also involved in educational events such as Didiklibur, Preschool/Kindergarten Science Skills Workshop, Motivation and Secrets of Becoming a Gempak Student.
