6 Dr. Rezki Perdani Sawai is a Senior Lecturer in the Counselling Program at the Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), specializing in Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Human Sciences (Psychology) from the International Islamic University Malaysia, a Master of Education (Educational Psychology) and a Certificate in Law from the same institution, and a PhD in Social Science (Youth Studies) from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her research interests include moral emotions, emotion regulation, psychological testing and measurement, and positive psychology. She has published extensively in journals and authored several books, including Homoseksualititi Teori, Pencegahan dan Rawatan, Pengurusan Kemarahanti Pengenalan dan Latihan, Gejala Sosial dan Pencegahan dalam Kalangan Remaja di Malaysia, and Permata Berbicarati Komunikasi dalam Keluarga. She has also contributed to popular works such as Aduhai Anak and Antologi Puisi and writes for newspapers. Academically, she has been appointed as a teaching staff by the Singapore Islamic Scholars and Religious Teachers Association and serves as an expert in validating various psychological instruments. Administratively, she has served as a Quality Coordinator, Principal of a Residential College, and committee member at various university levels. She actively contributes to professional and community organizations, currently serving as Honorary Secretary of PKAUSIM, Auditor for PSIMA, Treasurer of the USIM Writers’ Pool, and committee member of both the Academy International Dialogue and the Parent-Teacher Association of SK Desa Jasmin. Email: rezki@usim.edu.my Dr. Siti Rosilawati Ramlan is a Senior Lecturer in Arabic Language and Islamic Education at the Faculty of Major Language Studies, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), where she has served since 2011. She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Jordan (2017), a Master’s degree in Arabic as a Second Language (2010) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature (2005) from IIUM, as well as a Diploma in Tahfiz Al-Quran and Al-Qiraat (2000) from Darul Quran, JAKIM. Her areas of expertise include Teaching Arabic as a Second Language, Reading Strategies, Curriculum Development and Instruction, as well as research in Mobile-Assisted Language Learning, Gamification in Arabic Learning, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in education. She has been actively involved in securing and contributing to both national and international research grants, presenting at academic conferences, and conducting studies on integrating Islamic principles into pedagogy. In addition, she serves as a jury member for innovation competitions, a reviewer for various academic journals, and a committee member of the Modern Language Association Malaysia and the USIM Writers’ Pool. A distinguished scholar, her work encompasses language education, curriculum development, metacognitive strategies, and Qur’an-integrated pedagogical models, with her leadership and writings making a significant impact on educational research—particularly in the fields of Arabic and Islamic studies in Malaysia.
