While deeply sacred, the sheer scale of this event presents logistical, medical, and organizational challenges that require innovative solutions. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a powerful enabler in addressing these challenges, offering new ways to enhance the safety, accessibility, and spiritual quality of the pilgrimage. This conceptual paper explores the benefits of integrating AI into the Hajj experience by examining its potential applications across five critical domains: safety and crowd management, healthcare and well-being, mobility and logistics, language and communication, and spiritual enrichment. AI-powered systems such as real-time crowd monitoring, predictive health diagnostics, intelligent transportation scheduling, and multilingual translation tools can substantially improve the management of large gatherings. For pilgrims, these technologies promise greater security, immediate medical support, and personalized spiritual guidance, enabling them to perform rituals with reduced stress and improved understanding. For organizers, AI offers powerful insights for planning, risk reduction, and emergency response, while policymakers can leverage AI-driven governance frameworks to ensure efficiency without compromising the sanctity of the pilgrimage. Importantly, the use of AI raises questions about ethics, cultural sensitivity, and the preservation of spiritual authenticity, requiring careful consideration by experts, scholars and religious authorities. By providing a conceptual exploration of these benefits, this paper contributes to the growing discourse on the intersection of faith and technology, underscoring AI’s potential role in shaping a safer and more meaningful Hajj experience. ABSTRAK Ibadah Haji merupakan salah satu pengalaman rohani yang paling penting bagi umat Islam di seluruh dunia, yang mengumpulkan berjuta-juta jemaah setiap tahun di Makkah. Walaupun ia adalah ibadah suci, perhimpunan yang agung ini memberikan cabaran logistik, perubatan dan pengurusan yang memerlukan penyelesaian inovatif. Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah muncul sebagai pengantara yang berkeupayaan dalam menangani cabaran ini, menawarkan cara baharu untuk meningkatkan keselamatan, kebolehcapaian dan kualiti rohani ibadah Haji. Kertas konseptual ini meneroka manfaat menyepadukan AI ke dalam pengalaman Haji dengan mengkaji potensi aplikasinya merentas lima bidang kritikal: pengurusan keselamatan dan orang ramai, penjagaan kesihatan dan kesejahteraan, mobiliti dan logistik, bahasa dan komunikasi serta pengayaan rohani. Sistem dikuasakan AI seperti pemantauan jemaah masa nyata, jangkaan diagnostik kesihatan, penjadualan pengangkutan pintar dan alat terjemahan berbilang bahasa boleh meningkatkan pengurusan jemaah dengan ketara.
