ABSTRACT Artificial Intelligence (AI) has entered an era of transforming content creation in digital media in various industries, including Islamic communication. In Islamic communication, automation of content creation, interactive engagement with audiences, and wider dissemination of Islamic content have occurred with the integration of AI. The integration of chatbots, recommendation systems, and content generation tools improves creativity and enhances interaction with the audience. However, an ethical issue related to credibility and religious accuracy remains a challenge in the dissemination of Islamic communication. Introduction Artificial Intelligence (AI) is known as the capabilities of machines and computer applications in performing tasks manually, intelligently, content creation, and problem-solving without human abilities. In this digital age, AI is prominent, particularly in digital media, and has been widely integrated into Islamic communication, changing the way Islamic content is created and delivered, such as on TikTok and YouTube, where Islamic content can be disseminated more efficiently and with greater mass accessibility.
