PERMATA Insan College — PERMATA Insan Programme is one the seven programmes initiated under the Malaysian Government’s PERMATA Programme with the intent to produce Islamic Scholars of the future. PERMATA Insan College is established in Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) to nurture and develop exceptionally gifted Muslim children with high IQ level (130-150 or higher) who are capable of being innovators, creators and leaders of tomorrow – scientists, researchers or professionals who are imbued with the teachings of Quran and Sunnah.
