Faculty of Leadership and Management — The establishment of the Faculty of Leadership and Management is based in the principle that the study of Islam needs to be integrated with the flow of thought and the culture of current knowledge. Therefore, all programmes offered by the faculty, namely Da’wah and the Islamic management, communication, counselling and studies of religion and faith programmes are developed through the integration of Naqli and Aqli knowledge. To ensure that these programmes meet the needs of the industrial workforce, the faculty is equipped with facilities, such as counselling laboratories, radio and TV studios, and editing labs.
