Through rigorous academic inquiry, we equip students with a comprehensive understanding of Islamic principles and their applications in various contexts. 1 Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) strives to become the global reference university for the integration of Naqli and Aqli knowledge by 2025. At USIM, we believe that the integration of revealed knowledge (Naqli) and acquired knowledge (Aqli) is an ongoing and vital process. USIM is firmly committed to excellence in three key tracks: Islamic Studies, Quran and Sunnah; Islamic Arts, Social Science, and Humanities; and Islamic Science, Technology, and Engineering. These tracks are the pillars that shape our academic programs and research endeavors. With nine faculties, USIM offers a diverse range of disciplines and specialized areas of study within each track. The Islamic Arts, Social Science, and Humanities track encompass the rich cultural and intellectual heritage of Islam. It explores the interplay between Islamic principles and disciplines such as literature, history and psychology. This track fosters critical thinking and cultural appreciation, enabling students to analyze and contribute to the societal challenges of today. 2 ISLAMIC STUDIES, QURAN AND SUNNAH ISLAMIC ARTS, SOCIAL SCIENCE AND HUMANITIES ISLAMIC SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING The Islamic Science, Technology, and Engineering track bridges the gap between Islamic values and modern advancements in scientific and technological fields.
