From an Islamic perspective, cultivating a workplace culture that aligns with Islamic values and promotes inclusivity, mutual respect, and a sense of community enhances organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Organizational culture also boosts employee happiness. When team members feel connected to the organization’s values and are supported in their environment, they are more likely to be satisfied and engaged. A strong culture positively impacts recruitment and retention. Companies known for their great culture attract top talent, as many seek to excel in their careers while being recognized as individuals.
