26 Closing The goal of business communication is to achieve a shared understanding between the sender and receiver, as this communication will impact the company's reputation. Misunderstandings can lead to various negative consequences, including product rejection and damage to the company's reputation in the eyes of consumers. A positive business environment will be created if business practices are based on Islamic values. Business communication grounded in Islamic principles should serve as a guideline for all parties involved in business transactions. Islam, as a religion that prioritizes maslahah (removal of harm according to Islamic law), compassion, and peace, can realize a business environment that benefits everyone. Islam Rahmatan Lil'alamin can be achieved if business people apply these principles. Islam has the potential to foster world peace through business activities that adhere to its ethical values.
