The research is related to empowerment studies, tourism, corporate communication, and marketing communication. ABSTRACT The development of communication technology drives global business communication. However, communication culture can be a source of conflict in global business. Islam advocates a balanced approach to healthy business practices. Islamic teachings emphasize justice and honesty in business. Promoting literacy about the ethical values of Islam in business must continue to foster a business environment that benefits all parties. Introduction Business activities cannot be separated from the exchange of information between parties using various communication techniques. Business communication involves exchanging information and ideas through specific symbols, conveyed personally or non-personally, with business objectives in mind. There are seven principles of business communication that business people must adhere to: (1) completeness – business people must provide detailed information to the recipient; (2) conciseness – messages should use short, clear, and easy- to-understand words; (3) concreteness – messages must be specific and concrete; (4) consideration – the message must take into account the recipient's situation and understanding of the target audience; (5) clarity – the message should be easily understood by the recipient; (6) courtesy – ethics must be prioritized in business processes; and (7) correctness – information must be conveyed carefully to detect any errors early. Islam, as a guide for Muslim life, prohibits free competition that justifies all means, as this contradicts the principles of Islamic muamalah. Islam instructs its followers not to harm
