21 the telegraph and telephone, which allowed voice communication over long distances, and then the rise of radio and television, which enabled mass broadcasting of information, communication, and entertainment. Within the late 20 th century, the way people connect had transformed through the emergence of the Internet and mobile telecommunications, including early social media platforms. The 21st century has marked the rise of digital communication tools supporting the progression of communication systems. The future communication on how AI is transforming the systems is by seeing the development and integration of AI into the communication systems. Common key areas related to AI integration are related to the understanding of its Natural Language Processing (NLP) and how NLP algorithms can interpret and generate human language, including translation, multilingual interactions and chatbots. AI intangible variables, including sentiment analysis (understanding emotions and sentiments) and AI personalisation (understanding individuals’ preferences), are to be seen critically and implemented in the integration of AI and communication systems to enhance the development and specification of technological growth as well as AI tangible variables. AI tangible variables, including Augmented and Virtual Reality, where the integration of AI with these technologies redefines immersive communication. This can impact areas such as education, gaming, and virtual meetings in building more lifelike and engaging interactions. In addition, AI is vital in securing communication systems in the way it can identify potential threats, detect anomalies, and protect against cyberattacks. It can be seen in future when AI will perform an even more extensive role in securing digital communication and system channels. As AI is also able to offer network optimisation in terms of optimising network performances, it can be seen as a promising communication system that can dynamically enhance the user experience. The future of information systems that had been portrayed widely by AI, including AI that is able to (i) enhance efficiency, (ii) improve user experience communication, (iii) integrated communication modes, (iv) enhance security and, (v) connected global communication, had characterised, and transformed the communication systems. Rapid emergence applications in the future of communication nowadays can be seen in many areas such as healthcare AI, education AI, business AI, entertainment, and social networking as well as the social media platforms that utilise AI to improve content discovery and user experience show how AI is transforming the communication systems. Although the integration of AI in communication systems may bring various effects, issues and concerns, including privacy and dependency on technology, it depends on the ways in which humans can harness the power of AI to improve communication systems that lead to efficient, secure, and user-friendly that ultimately enhance the power of societies.
