ABSTRACT Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology in the domain of communication systems, promising to enhance efficiency, user experiences, and global connectivity that is able to create a dynamic digital landscape. AI raises several substantial concerns for the future of communication as it holds magnificent potential. This article explores AI within communication systems, including the system evolution, integration, characterisation, effects, and a few concerns.
