ABSTRACT Communication crises often stem from misunderstandings and misinterpretations in today's interconnected world. This article explores the importance of adab, one of the Islamic etiquettes, in addressing these challenges. By emphasizing respectful and compassionate communication, individuals can effectively navigate crises, fostering a culture of understanding and collaboration in personal and professional interactions. Introduction Effective communication is essential in today’s fast-paced, interconnected world, yet it often faces significant challenges. Misunderstandings and misinterpretations can quickly escalate into communication crises, affecting relationships and productivity.
