MOHD RUShDAN BIN JAILANI 1) Could you give us a brief introduction about yourself? My name is Mohd. Rushdan bin Jailani. I am a Malaysian and I am from Perak Darul Ridzuan. 2) Could you share your educational background with us? Yes, my pleasure. I com- pleted my Diploma in Arabic language and literature in 1993 at Sultan Zainal Abidin Reli- gious College of Malaysia (KUSZA). Then, I began pur- suing my Bachelor Degree in Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage at the Internation- al Islamic University of Malay- sia (IIUM), which I graduated in 1996. I also earned a Mas- ter's Degree in Islamic Thought from IIUM in Jan 2003. As for my PhD, I graduated in Islamic Studies from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom in June 2008.
