Firstly, it provides crucial evidence to help takaful operators better understand the willingness process, especially in promoting young adults to participate in motor takaful in Malaysia. Secondly, the study identifies four key potential factors for takaful providers to focus on: knowledge, religious responsibility, and emotional aspects. Incorporating these elements is essential for increasing motor takaful subscriptions and enhancing demand and acceptability among young adults in Malaysia.
