Doctor of Philosophy in Law Programme by Research 1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Syariah; and 2. Master’s Degree in Law (research) or a Master’s Degree in Comparative Law (research) or a Master’s Degree in Syariah (research) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia; or 3. Hold a Master’s Degree in the field of Law through coursework or a mixed mode with at least a CGPA of 2.5; or 4. Hold a Master’s Degree in the field of Law through research. 40
