1. Holding a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Law or Syariah with a CGPA of 2.75 and above fromUSIM or from other recognized institutions ; Or 2. Graduated with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with Honors and recognized by the University Senate with the following results: a. Jayyid; or b. CGPA 275/4.00 and above; or c. CGPA 3.50/5.00 and above; or d. Overall marks of 60% and above. Or 3. Graduated with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with Honors and recognized by an institution recognized by the University Senate with the following results and at least five (5) years of relevant post- bachelor’s work experience: a. Maqbul; or b. CGPA between 2.50/4.00 and 2.75/4.00; or c. Overall marks between 50% and 60% Or 4.
